Buyer Can Leave Bad Feedback On Item They Didnt Even Pay For?!
Okay I've been doing this for 20 years and there is either a glitch in the matrix or ebay made some awful changes that affect us sellers now.
I had a buyer put in an offer i accepted and then after putting in offer she said she can't pay for another week. I said fine. That's OK. It made me mad but whatever.
But then she began asking me to add extra freebies. I said sorry she comes as is. *a doll*
I can cancel the order if you'd like because I don't want any issues later on over items not even offered. She then went crazy and started telling me she was leaving me bad feedback for not giving her the items she requested (extra clothing for doll) and she wasn't a happy customer.
I told her feedback extortion won't garnish a cancel now since they can leave bad feedback if u cancel.
Didn't matter.
She never paid but ebay allows like 5 days before I can open up an item not paid dispute. However I check the listing and ebay allowed her to.leave begative feedback and she didn't pay for the item.
She threatened me with the feedback and left it. She also cussed profusely in her message.
How is this even possible ? Im baffled. Inrecall not long ago feedback not veins able to be left till after delivery .... this item wasn't even paid for !
I'm hoping ebay removes it. Anyone else have a bad customer experience like this. 20 years I've never had this occur.

·3 years agoyes recently and the scams are rampant and eBay doesn’t have our back they give people refunds that still have perfect items I’m tired of it

·4 years agoIt would be nice if buyer feedback was not allowed until the delivery date had passed or the item was delivered. Anyone at eBay reading this? Hello?
Once you cancel for non-payment, the feedback should be removed (I think).

·3 years agoNope! I Got one Bad Feedback since 1996, 5 Accts. The Buyer Bought a Multi-Meter Brand New In Box and Once He Got It He left Bad Feedback because It wouldn't Check Capacitance, It's a Multi-Meter Not a Dedicated Capacitance Tester! A function That only a Dedicated Capacitance Tester Will Do! It Won't Polish Your Helmet or Wash Your Dishes, Its a Multi-Meter But He Left Negative Feedback and All the Time Spent to get the Feedback Removed Was Ignored by eBay!
After Today I will Never Buy anything On eBay Again AMAZON because as Seller You are being Charged Fees and Tax Off every Nickel Your Item Sells For Including, Shipping Expensed It a Item Value and the Tax the Buyer Paid to The government is Your Item Value! eBay Games! Read My Posts!
The Seller Douchboard Says I made 1,029.00 But My Payout Was 463.57 after All The Shipping Expenses and Fees etc and This 1,029 Is being Reported as My Income From my Sales CRIMINAL
