Buyer "bought" an item that I did not have listed
I recently sold two bookends. I had listed that I had two and two where sold. Next thing I get a message from a buyer asking me for a shipping number for one of these bookends. I'm shocked because I settled these accounts. It looks like this buyer bought another bookend and when I check it shows "shipped" but there is no tracking number and stranger still, when I check my shipping labels there is no entry for this alleged shipment. Anyone ?

·2 years agoPerhaps when you listed the item, since you had one set of two bookends you accidentally entered a number 2 in the quantity so that it could in fact be sold twice?
Perhaps using the "Sell as lot" feature may have prevented this (however "sell as lot" I believe costs a small listing fee).
Keeping in mind you had one set of two, so the quantity under the price needs to be 1.

·2 years agoSo you sold 2, shipped them..........and now a different buyer is asking you for shipping info......but you have no payment record from him? If that is true.......buyer may have bought from another seller, but had yours bookmarked and sent the inquiry to the wrong seller?

·2 years agoHi, in your completed listings, i see two sold listings for swan bookends—one pair sold on 2-1-24 and the other on 2-10-24.

·2 years agoYour sold items show you sold the book ends on Feb 1 and again on Feb 10th
