Buyer angry that coupons don't work on best offer sales, can't manually issue discounts on invoices | Selling

Have a very troubling buyer who bought over 100 dollars worth of stuff and it was all on best offers which was reduced from the original prices. Upon sending her the invoice, she got mad that she can't use the 20 off 100 coupon we have in our store. We told her it doesn't work on best offers (not our choice really, its the terms of the coupons set by this site) but we were willing to accept the coupon nonetheless and then realized we couldn't take off $20 from the invoice. So we told her the situation.So we told her we could refund her $20 after she pays and she threw a fit saying she wants to cancel the whole thing that she doesn't trust us refunding her $20 after she pays, she wanted to pay $80 something and not $100. We were like, we understand but the site won't accept the coupon because they were best offers and we can't manually reduce it by 20 on the invoice. So we can refund you 20 manually and she didn't trust us. lolSo we just blocked her, we tried helping her. We thought that was the end of it. So today, another user name bids on two similar items of a set were selling and we're thinking its a new buyer but its her again using a different user name. I thought a block, blocked all the users registered accounts?So she bought two items this time with this other account and we sent her an invoice, this time its for about $40.We just don't want to deal with this person, we thought blocking them, blocked all their accounts?Anyone experience the same thing?Some buyers are kinda crazy man, we try to help them (as our feedback shows) and they go nuts as if we're robbing them. Its kinda weird.In the end, we wish they allowed us to send manual discounts on the invoices as well. It would have solved all this immediately but I really blame these buyers who don't understand or are overly demanding.Had another different buyer today tell me that he will pay $10 max for my $75 item because $75 is available brand new (its not) and that $10 is what it's worth. Nobody is selling it for $10 at all. Instant block, lol.
