Buy Now Listing Not Showing Up On Ebay Store Front
Hi, Over the past couple of days I have noticed that all my buy it now listings on my eBay store do not appear on my store page or profile page. Though my auctions do appear. In addition, if I search for one of my buy now listing on a different eBay account they appear on the general eBay listing search page. When clicking on the item and clicking my store page form the listing, it does not appear on my store page again.
If you have any advice or suggestions, please let me know!
Thank you!!

·3 years agoYour store says you’re away until Aug 19th.
That could be why you’re only seeing auctions.

·3 years agoIt looks like you are still on time away so if you had set your listings to 'hide' it will only show your auctions, not your buy it now listings. Time away doesn't automatically shut off on your return date, you have to turn it off.
Of course that doesn't explain why you do see your buy it now listings when you search with another account as I don't see them in your store or view listings page

·3 years agoYou don't have a store at all on this ID. Are you talking about a different ID?

·3 years agoI think you need to contact Ebay directly on this one and get their help. Very odd problem for sure.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

·3 years agoWow, this is a new one on me. Are you sure you posted them under this selling ID?
If you look at Active Listings on in your Seller Hub do you see them?
