Business Policies > Returns
I give up, this has been a continuing problem. Ebay will not let me list new items, keeps saying the listing needs the return policy updated for new parts in the motors parts and accessories category.
The software is junk and is a continuous loop as well as be well hidden in the menus.
Like everyone else who thinks listing on Ebay is too difficult, I will just list on other sites.

OP1 month agoI have a business policy that accepts returns, but in the Ebay listing page that policy does not show up and/or does not work.

You need to change your Business Policies to accept returns.

Do you accept returns on new auto parts? I believe ebay no longer allow no returns for new or used auto parts.
