Brand Crossover Items
I have a pair of boots made by Cole Hann & Nike Air, when I tried to list them it says I'm using the wrong brand name to boost the item, Im listing the item as just Cole Hann but why is it flagging a real colab as mislabeling.

·10 months agoAre you able to input a custom brand name? I know some categories don’t allow that, but if you can, try entering both brand names as one entry, just like you described it here (“Cole Hann & Nike Airâ€).

·10 months agoIf I recall right, you get a flag when you try to list it with both brands.
I just did a search and found this interesting: with SHOES, there are plenty of listings with both 'Cole Haan' and 'Nike Air' in the title. But with BOOTS it appears to require a workaround of making 'NikeAir' one word. You know how how consistently inconsistent eBay loves to be. 😉
And upon opening a few of these, the sellers chose Cole Haan as the brand, but named Nike Air (or NikeAir) as the "product line."

·10 months agoI remember I had that same problem back in 2019 or so, when I had a few pairs of those to list. I wish I could remember how I resolved it. Maybe try searching for them, to see how other sellers did it?

·10 months agoDoes the name Nike appear ANYWHERE in your listing? The description, item specifics, etc.
