Bought as guest, how to file INR
I noticed a item shipped 8/20 was not delivered so I messaged the buyer and told them to open a INR, they said they bought as a guest and can not open a INR, they just want me to refund which I am not going to do.
Anyone know how to file a INR as a guest?

The trick with a guest purchase is that the "order details" link in the guest order email must be used while not signed in to an eBay account, or else the link will not work and the buyer will be prompted to sign in and the order will not be found in any account.
So the buyer either has to sign out of eBay before using the link, or else right click on the link and open in a private or incognito browser window.

·1 month agoPolicy pages aren't hard to find. Well on Ebay, they can be a bit of trouble, but I always Google them and I find that really easy.

·1 month agoTheir original purchase email will have a link to the order details, they should have the option there. If they don't have the original email, they may be out of luck.
