Hey @wastingtime101! As of now I do not see any open tickets on my end for this issue. I will take all of the examples shared and have it reported on my end. If there is anything that I find that I can share on this I will be sure to let you know!
Hi-I too have this issue. I got a request for a combined invoice. The same German titles and very blurry images of the items purchased as is described in the thread above. The sale values are also wrong. I am not sure how to proceed to invoice as the selling price given by eBay in the request for a combined total is not the same as on the original sold description of the items. Thanks for any help you can give as to how to proceed with sending a correct and accurate invoice.
Got one again today - combined shipping of these small automotive/mechanic tool items is common for me. but to describe a Craftsman 1/4 drive metric socket as a blue Jacket???Titles now in German and not matching the description !
i'm seller, in Ontario. Request for total for stamps was sent by buyer, but each item was having a new identical title, in German.. as a jacket (see above), and price was decreased ... It's only happend to purchases with request for total...
price for requested items are much less than been listed, without any offers sent... - it's seems to me that happend from converting from CAD to EURO without changing currency sign..
So I just sent the buyer a combined order for 25 items (thankyou!).
In my To Be Paid queue I now have the combined invoice for the 25 items and also separate invoices for each of the 25 items. I'd like to hope it will resolve itself.
Not sure what you are asking, however I am noticing some squirrely things on eBay this morning. I actually had a sale yesterday (don't faint), so I went to check the status of my payments. When I clicked on sign in...it signed me out and when I signed back in, it took me to ebay.com/uk???? I'd notify the community managers here but I don't think they work weekends. Strange indeed.
A little cryptic but if you've seen it you understand - when I get a request for a multiple purchase all the items are named this. Each and every item. So today I have a request for 25 $1 cards and each one is named "Bogner-Winter-Jacke, TEAM-Germany, "neuwertig", blau, Größe 38".
There has been a few example of that happening to Canadian ebayers when international buyers asked for a combined invoice but there was also a problem with the amount paid. Was your buyer international?
this issue is still continued.... again, just today I've received a request for an invoice with combined postage. All the sold for values have been replaced!!! with lower numbers. The items did not sell for the amount given on this page when compared to the sold price on the listing page. Buyer is located in Canada. I'm in Ontario Canada. My store is opened on ebay.com site

OP2 years agoUpdate - Buyer paid the single combined invoice for 25 items and the individual 25 invoices went away.
Now I'm ready for lunch.
