Blocking abusive buyers
Summary: gitwithitsales is having trouble blocking a verbally abusive buyer due to an "invalid username" error. inhawaii asked if they copied and pasted the username, while others, including mam98031, fern*wood, sixballcycles, and albertabrightalberta, shared suggestions like ensuring there is a comma, handling deleted names, checking list order, and using lowercase letters. roastedsaurus advised checking the alphabetical order of the list once saved, which sparked acknowledgment from gitwithitsales.

·1 month agoAre you sure? When you click "save" it inserts the ID into your list in alphabetical order. Check your list. I made the same mistake thinking it wasn't working until I realized it was not adding the new ID at the end of the list.

·1 month agoMaybe this will help. When you enter an ID if you don't leave a space after the comma. I get rejected if I don't do that.

·1 month agoIt might be referring to others on your list that are now invalid such as ones showing as deleted. You might look and see if your new name is actually there. That's happened to me often.

·1 month agoYes, I agree with @inhawaii . The only think I would add is you need to put a comma after the last name on your BBL, then copy and past the user name you are trying to add @gitwithitsales

You should copy and paste the username.
