Blocking a seller's account
Hello dear friends and thank you in advance for listening and helping. I have been selling on eBay for over a year. My warehouse burned down and I couldn't find any items that were ordered from me and I had to cancel them. eBay blocked me and I really want to continue as a seller. I made mistakes as a beginner seller. Please help me.

·1 year agoSince you are in Israel, Im guessing that with all the cancelations you have been permanently restricted.
Your BBE metrics have closed your account.
As a new sellers with very few sold items, canceling sales is the kiss of death.
Im sorry your warehouse burned down but eBay doesnt look at your excuse for the BBE.
It just is that you canceled and could not fulfill the orders.
There is no coming back from this.

eBay is merely a platform for facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers.
eBay is not and indeed, cannot be interested in a seller's personal circumstances... eBay assumes that you will do your part, as a seller, to complete the transaction.
And as you've discovered, eBay is pretty strict about such things -- especially for sellers overseas.

·1 year agoI'm very sorry that happened to you. You can contact Ebay, but it is unlikely that they will be helpful to you. But of course you should try.
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.

Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.

Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.
