Black boxes on Photo Listings
Hi,
I know it's a fairly common issue at times, but I'm trying to list a new item and my photos keep coming up as black boxes in the listing. I sold an item, had another one to sell, but needed to update the picture since it's in slightly worse condition.
The photo loads, then just has two fully black photos instead of my items.
Is this happening to anyone else? If it's just me I'll spend an hour trying to get a hold of customer service, but hoping it's just some kind of tech issue they'll have fixed by tonight.

·5 months agoI don’t recall ever seeing that. I assume you don’t have any live listings like that? I’m guessing it’s actually a local cache or internet issue, from what you describe. Have you tested with the same photos in another browser or on another device?
