Beware this buyer!
This buyer bought 2 items. She sent me 2 messages when she got the items.
"......... I want half of my refund......"
Then I noticed this is "repeated buyer" in May 2023.
She sent the similar message asked me for half refund. We communicated several messages. She kept threaten to refund in the messages.
Now she comes again. She is cheater. Beware! ->
I blocked her to buy again!

I looked at your sold items... they are pretty cheap. Why not have just refunded the buyer and have been done with it?
In one of your feedback replies, you mention the shipping price you paid on an item. Not the buyer's problem.
Other feedback replies you left, you make it sound like the buyer is the problem... Here is how you replied to your customers:
"Why didn't she contact me before bought if she felt confusing about the size? It's not my problem. I can only told her the size she want is selling in another listing."
"The size of the item is shown in the listing clearly. It is indicated by inch and cm. It is NOT kiddie size. Please read the listing carefully before buy next time. You can't blame me by your arbitrary thought."
"This pet mat is made of high quality PVC which is non-toxic and non-slip. It is heavy enough and no smell and good in Softness and Elasticity. I have been selling this pet mat for many years. I got many good feedbacks, but didn't receive any quality complaint of this pet mat. Please don't appraise it arbitrarily."
More like beware of YOU as a seller!

It's SELLERS like @chan323 that nickel and dime and feel they have to be in the right that I feel is a factor that Ebay is in a bit of a decline as a marketplace. If this was the buyer's first experience buying from an Ebay seller, this kind of "customer service" harms ALL of us.
In this day and age, I don't think buyers generally think they are buying from a seller... they are buying from Ebay. We as sellers represent Ebay with every transaction. So what are the odds that buyer will look at my Ebay selling account and want to buy from me? Probably slim.

She only want to keep the item with half price.

The OP never made an inquiry, they only told us to beware of the person who gave them a negative comment. Your reply isn't making a whole lot of sense. Sorry.

Also you should not get yourself in a back and forth with a buyer like this one. I send them a simple message.
I'm sorry you are disappointed with your purchase. Please send it back for a refund. I leave it at that. If they write me again, I send them the same message. I will continue to do the same message even if there are a couple more emails.
If it goes beyond that, I would report the buyer to Ebay as well as reporting their emails, which you can do right inside the email.

OP3 years agoFirst time in May, I don't know she is cheater. She said item is small. The listing is showing the dimension. So I asked her to check. But she ignored everything. Kept ask me to refund.... She stopped until I said I will report to eBay she threaden her.
In my experience, eBay always help buyers, not sellers....
I have a buyer returned me rubbish instead of my products. I reported to eBay.
Finally, eBay wouldn't let me win.....I lost everything.... my seller rating, products, eBay fee, 2 times shipping fee.....
