Best way to send a replacement item within a "lot" listing
I'm considering using the "Get another label" option to replace a shipping-damaged item within a lot. Mainly because I'd rather use my available funds than purchase a label elsewhere. Is this a viable option? Any downsides or risks I might not be aware of?
Note: Buyer has not opened a case of any sort.

·11 months agoI have sent replacement packages using eBay labels. Go to your Manage All Orders screen, find the item, click the three dots and select Get Another Label. The tracking number uploads into your All Sold screen and your buyer's Purchase History.

I never had any trouble or cases filed after doing that.

Reason I was asking is because I've never needed to try it and didn't know if would confuse the system or otherwise mess something up. Thanks again.
