best offer purchase problem with buyer
Hi,
I listed a sweater for 32 dollars with a best-offer option. The sweater sold for 20 dollars. There was no negotiation or communication with the buyer. There is no record of contact with the buyer in my eBay messages. I cannot understand how the buyer was able to complete this transaction. I contacted customer service at eBay about the transaction. They were unable to help me. My biggest concern is that a buyer can purchase an item on eBay for whatever price they want. I have a clear record of all other best-offer negotiated transactions made this month in my eBay messages. Any idea how this happened?
