Best Offer Not Available

I have noticed lately that some of my listings do not allow me to use the button " Accept Best Offer" or even list the price parameters I would be willing to take on automatic offers. I generally just have a customer make and offer for me to review, but more often now its not there and does not seem to affect a particular category. Is this new? Why? Thanks

The cost thing was/is only available to "approved" sellers......or some such language. Been quite a few complaints that it was promised to all, but, for some unknown reason isn't given as an option to some (many?)...... if you hear anything more from CS, please post.......we've never been able to get an answer on it...... (that I know of).......

Where it says Pricing you don't see "allow offers"? I am able to see it on every different category you are trying to sell something under.

No, it has not been there. However as of 5/8/2026 I spoke with eBay a few days about this because I had to call them about something else. As it turns out, there is a "new area" near the pricing area in the listing that has two lines in the top right corner that now says, "see pricing options"- When you click on it, it shows all these options that you can select. I've copied and pasted these options;

"Enable the items below that you’d like to show as an option when listing an item. eBay says that this is a newer option, and not sure when it was started.

Autofill pricing details

Allow the Buy It Now price or auction starting bid to be autofilled based on similar or matching items.

Immediate payment

Require immediate payment for Buy It Now purchases.

Best offer

Accept, counter, or decline offers submitted by buyers.

Volume Pricing

Offer a discount when buyers purchase more than one item at a time.

Scheduling

Select the time and date you want your listing to go live (non-refundable fee applies).

Sell as a lot

Group similar or identical items together to sell to a single buyer.

Offline payment

Add payment methods not managed by eBay.

Private listing

Allow buyers to remain anonymous when they bid on or buy an item."

FYI they also can't tell me where I can find in Advanced Listing Options the area where you can put in your "cost" which will help you to see your actual gross/net profit and will help you to know your cost to review if someone makes you an offer. They read the same thing shown on ebay and couldn't tell me what it was or where it is. They are suppose to email me an answer.
