Become Eligible for Promoted listings
Why is it showing all my listings as being not eligible to promote. I recently buy a store subscription and wanna add promoted listing, But i can't access Advertising Dashboard. So I am unsure why all of a sudden I can't promote my listings from the listing dashboard page as well.
Any help would be appreciated!
Thanks!

·2 years agoDoing promoted listings...when an item is sold under that...eBay immediately takes the fee of a promoted listing from "available funds". As a new seller...you really haven't sold a lot or anything.
Usually a new seller will have their funds on hold for 30 days as a new seller.
So there will be no incoming funds for 30 days to pay for that promoted listing if sold...the promoted listing fee needs to be paid immediately...usually in "available funds".

OP2 years ago@12345jamesstampsthanks for your respond!
So in simple words I should have my funds in ebay account for minimum 30 days then I'll be eligible to get promoted listing?
If yes then how many funds should I deposit in my ebay selling account?
Your time is appreciated, Thanks!

·2 years agoYou have to sell items first...You cannot put funds in your eBay selling account.
Once you start selling and buyers pay it shows funds in "available funds".
Usually a 30 day hold on receiving any funds from buyers as a new seller.

OP2 years ago@12345jamesstamps Due to no sales I'm doing promoted listing,
It means I can't do anything until I make my first sale,
Ok then, I will wait till then!
Thanks for your polite respond!
