How is this process fair and don't tell me it's the law. It's illegal to file a false claim of copyright or trademark infringement. They've perjured themselves. My listing has been gone for 2 weeks now. I tried reaching out to Ebay but I might as well have been talking to a wall. I forwarded the retraction to vero but no response. Too busy? Maybe ebay should crack down on false claims. People don't make mistakes as much as they hire 3rd party attack dogs to harass people who are doing nothing wrong. I didn't just go to a thrift store and buy something I thought was authentic because that's what the label said, I purchased the items directly from the manufacturer and provided proof. Does ebay even reprimand bd multimedia? No, again it's not legal what they did, it's called site interference and perjury. Let me guess, if I were to relist the ebay bot suspends me?
