BBE Review Request - INR defects applied despite confirmed delivery
Hello,
I'm posting to document a BBE (Bad Buyer Experience) performance issue on my seller account and to ensure visibility for review.
My BBE rate recently increased due to Item Not Received (INR) defects, how ever the affected transactions all show valid carrier tracking with confirmed delivery. Despite delivery confirmation, these INR cases were counted toward my BBE rating.
Upon receiving the notice, I have taken immediate corrective actions, including:
1) Reviewing and aligning my handling and shipping processes with ebay policy
2) Verify tracking validity and delivery confirmation for all affected orders
3) Improving buyer communication and post-sale follow-up to prevent future INR claims
This is my first formal appeal regarding this issue, and i want to ensure the situation is properly documented and visible for manual review, especially with the upcoming performance review deadline.

I understand the importance of maintaining a positive buyer experience and I'm committed to full compliance with eBay's BBE policy.
Thank you for your time and consideration

·7 months agoIf tracking shows confirmed delivery, those INR defects shouldn’t count and you can appeal them through Seller Help for manual review. Make sure the tracking is uploaded correctly and linked to each case, as system delays or mismatches can still trigger defects automatically.

·7 months agoNo.
They appear no matter of the outcome, the fact the INR is opened is counting it as BBE.
Same for INAD.

Service standard policy — bad buyer experience rate
