How can that be bad experience if buyer make order on Ebay then next is wait till the EDT is over then open the case get a full refund (because tracking are showing that item is just in custom) and after refund take item out.
How can that be bad experience if you get item for free??
And then Ebay punishing seller because he had a lot of INR cases but there is problem Ebay exist from 1996 and till someone in this company involve this bull*hit, absolutely 0 logic and non-sense policy all was good. That's why buyer can get refund is order was lost by post or delivery company. That is normal practice but now seller should be response about each employee of each country post and of each delivery company employee.
And after that Ebay came to you and said all you do in 15 years all your listing's all your pictures all your business policy's is gone. We will destroy you company that are you build in more than 15 years because you are BAD BAD seller. That you was Top rated seller for 15 year do not mean for us anything. You are small peace of sh*t who need's to proof each day that you are good to sell product's in our marketplace.
How can in 2026 tracking number are show that item is delivered you have all proof from post that item was delivered but buyer can open the INR case and get full refund?? HOW????
Ebay give me personal manager. :))) Maybe Ebay fire that guy from India because last time when I was seen him in whats up was 2 weeks ago.
All this is like nightmare. Sometimes I feel like I'm sleep and this is bad dream because if you are more that 30 year's old I do not believe that you think that this is normal.
I read a lot answers from seller's in this community with 30 positive feedback or 250 sold items about BBE and for me that is disgusting when you said to sellers something like this '' FIND ANOTHER PLATFORM TO SELL YOUR ITEMS''.
And more than half of them that are block permanent are good seller's just Ebay support scammers, liars and thief's and they don't care about that you paid shop subscription selling fees and listing promotion for thousands of $.
And if you think it won't happen to me, it will happen to you.

Selling outside of USA to USA is risky.
Maybe find a partner in the US to ship your items to so they can list/sell your stuff or ...
possibly block US sales?

·5 months agoIf it does not arrive at the buyer's address before the end of the Estimated Delivery Period, it is late and counts against you in the calculation of the BBE.
The BBE is simple and objective.
If you cannot meet its requirements, you cannot sell to the USA. Ebay does not mind that, it values the buyer more than it does YOU.
You would prefer a more flexible standard, which allows for things beyond your control. Neither Ebay nor most US buyers do.

·5 months agoIf your item does not arrive to the buyer within the stated time, that is a Bad Buyer Experience. No matter the reason, eBay does not want sellers whose items do not arrive to buyers, or do not arrive in time. There is a small amount of flexibility because sometimes there are mistakes, but they are strict about it with every type of seller, and especially strict with those from areas who have developed a reputation for issues. It's not personal, it's completely objective, and you can't do anything to change it. You can either adapt or sell somewhere else.

I will by from your shop one baseball card. You will send me this order. Orde will came to Latvia custom. This item can stay in custom 60 day's or till i make payment but I will wait till EDT is gone and then open the INR case. You can do what ever you want send Ebay messages but at the end you or Ebay will give me a refund and after that I will take my free baseball card.

·5 months agoIf you bought one baseball card from me, it would be shipped to Latvia via Ebay International Shipping, a service Ebay offers sellers in the US.
The buyer would be offered the ability to prepay any duties and taxes.
I would ship to an Ebay hub.
Ebay would take responsibility for late delivery.
If you asked me to ship to you directly, I would tell you that I would not, and would rather lose the sale.
You need to find a similar way of shipping, if you can. If you can't, you cannot sell to Ebay's US buyers.
There are more US buyers than international Ebay sellers, and they are more important to Ebay.
