BUYER LEFT ME BAD FEEDBACK AND SAID THAT HE DID NOT RECEIVED PURCHASE. EMAILED HIM BACK AND HE SAID HE DID RECEIVE IT. HOW CAN I GET HIS BAD FEED BACK OFF?

Ask them very politely to remove it and perhaps they will.

·3 years agoAs noted in the other post, the most effective way would be to ask the buyer to revise it. If that fails. you might have some luck with customer support if you can prove delivery. Here's the Help page that discusses feedback revision.

·3 years agoIf you know for sure that the buyer did receive it (tracking?) you can ask the buyer if he would change his FB if you send him a Feedback Revision Request form.
Also, you can respond to that FB in a positive way.
BTW: Most of us are unable to read that FB and some of us (me, for instance) are too lazy to look for a translation.

·3 years agoBut doesn't that make it potentially worse, since a potential buyer who sees that comment but can't read it could assume it's something relevant?
