Bad Buyer Experience ("BBE") Rate ebay threating to close store
Hello,
Every week I received and email from ebay about Bad Buyer Experience ("BBE") Rate. and restrictions may be imposed on my account. knowing that all my sold items are digital codes and that they are sent to buyer ebay messages.
Do you think that is is normal that i sold over 4000 items and that i only have 700 feedback ? the answer is no, it is not normal. Why ? because buyers are not leavin feedback.
My listings are legit and well described, shiped in the same day. but i still dont understand how this BBE works. i need more detailed explaination.
Some buyers buy my items without reading description (detailed description) and than they want to cancel items and ask for refund, so why this always get back to me and not the buyers ?

700 out of 4000 is actually very common. It is "normal". Not an unusual %age of feedback.
More and more common (normal) is for buyers to only leave feedback when there is an issue with the transaction.
Some categories run a bit higher on feedback left by buyers, and some much lower.
800 received (buy and sell) ------------- 783 left (3.3K sales)............... pot meet kettle.
Free shipping on a $3.98 purchase with a service that costs min of $26.35. You are a magician.

·2 years agoThis is the source of many BBE issues
2-Stock-Out Cancellatio= This, yes i did cancel 2 or 3 transactions not because item out of stock but because i contacted buyers and ask if they do understand what they bought but never replied.
Sellers based outside of the US are high risk for this problem. Sellers who use drop shippers are at high risk of this problem.
I am actually surprised that you have not been shut down for violation of the digital products policy rather than only suffering from BBE warnings.
How Bad Buyer Experience works
Evaluation metrics
eBay will evaluate the rate of transactions with BBE defined by four evaluation metrics below:
A transaction is considered a BBE transaction when any of the above happens and one transaction will be only evaluated once. The BBE rate is defined as the percentage of BBE transactions out of all transactions in the evaluation window.
Relation to Items Not Received
Note that your reputation as an eBay Seller will also be impacted by any “Items Not Received†(“INRâ€) complaints associated with your listings.
Further details about how you will be assessed for INR can be read at the INR policy page.

OP2 years ago1-Significantly Not as Described= didnt happen
2-Stock-Out Cancellatio= This, yes i did cancel 2 or 3 transactions not because item out of stock but because i contacted buyers and ask if they do understand what they bought but never replied.
3-Low Detailed Seller Ratings = no
4-Neutral/Negative Feedback= only one, because he didnt read description and than blame me.
if i send items and the buyer dont leave feedback or confirm the receiption, does it means that it is “Items Not Received†?

·2 years agoNO. INR is only when a buyer actually opens an INR.

·2 years ago"yes, I did cancel 2 0r 3 transactions"...you answered your own question about "eBay threatening to close store".
You might not have gotten notice about the other problems related to your account...but 2 cancel transactions did it.

You are located in Algeria, yet you are drop shipping from the US. You are also violating eBay policy by selling codes and digitally delivered goods. You have them listed as "private" as well. Big red flag. You do NOT own the rights to sell those items & these companies can and do get aggressive with lawsuits, no matter where you are located. I can only suggest it will be a matter of time before eBay shuts you down for good. You break the rules, this is the outcome. Here's a link that can be helpful:
