Autopay Shipping says nothing

Noticed that when selling a group of items a buyer will usually what for it to auto pay which is fine. Problem is the shipping says nothing and I get paid no shipping. It seems it is a out to happen again. Any ideas on how to fix this?

It's awaiting payment and I assume you're using calculated shipping which is why it doesn't show shipping or sales tax yet. The buyer hasn't paid yet and the shipping and tax can change depending on the address buyer enters at checkout. It doesn't mean free shipping, it just means the total hasn't been confirmed yet.
