Automatically accepted low offer price.
I went to respond to an offer and the next thing I know, it showed the buyer buying it at their offer price. I was going to respond with a counteroffer, but it didn't even give me a chance; it just automatically accepted the low offer price.

·2 weeks agoSounds like the listing had an automatic accept offer at a certain price point. You need to verify that you have removed that option on all your listings.
I use that feature and it works really well. I don't get bothered by very many offers anymore but am still selling a lot.

OP2 weeks agoI thought I took it off of all of my items but evidently didn't. I know in the past, I would hit the respond button like I did this time and it would bring me to where I could accept, refuse or make a counter offer. I never got to see that option this time. I hit respond and the next thing I know, it showed the buyer buying at his offer price. Just caught me off guard.
