Automated feedback ?

Question

Iâ€™m not able to find the eBay described â€œedit next to automate feedbackâ€ to set up automated positive feedback for buyers.

I want to automate my message to buyers after they leave me feedback.

The 'automated' does NOT work like that (after a buyer leaves). It's either 'does it' or 'doesn't'.

I don't remember where it is, but it's somewhere when you 'leave' feedback, you can automate it (I've been on automated for Many years).

eBay actually has this built in. Go to Account settings, then Site Preferences, and under selling preferences you can set feedback to be left automatically, either when the buyer pays or after they leave you positive feedback, with a few stored comment lines it rotates through. That covers the basics for free. If you want more control, like custom timing, message templates, or feedback requests going out after delivery, that's where tools like 3Dsellers or similar apps come in, but I'd start with the built-in option and see if it's enough.

Go to site preferences, then selling preferences & automate feedback. Hit edit and it gives a couple options to leave it automatically after payment or after receiving positive feedback.
