Authenticity Guarantee Item - “Item Not Received Request” Account Restricted | Selling

I sold a graded trading card that went through eBay’s Authenticity Guarantee team. It was authenticated, I was paid, everything seemed fine. Today, a little over two weeks later, I received two emails. The first one stating: We want to let you know that your buyer opened a request because they haven’t received their item.We see that the item has reached our authenticator and is on its way to the buyer. We’ve got it from here. There’s nothing you need to do. We’ll take care of delivery, resolve any further issues, and inform you when the request is closed. Sounds great. Seems like no issue. But then 1 minute later I received this one: Due to unresolved issues with your account, your payouts are on hold and you can’t currently create new listings or revise existing listings. In addition, all of your listings have been temporarily hidden. These listings are in your Active Listings folder in My eBay and Seller Hub. Once you resolve all open issues, they will be visible to shoppers and buyers again with any past sales and activity intact.To continue selling on eBay, take action by May 13, 2026. When I click on the link to resolve all open issues it just says “Thanks, no new restrictions will apply from this issue” But all my listings show “This listing was removed for a policy violation.” This seems super weird, like I’m being punished for something that eBay already stated was not a problem. What am I supposed to do?
