Authenticator in Moonachie NJ damaged two items in three weeks

I sold a versace shirt $525 inspected and packed it in a plastic bubble envelope. It was totally soiled, looked like somebody emptied a bag of flour. I would never sent out a shirt like this. Please see photos ( Photo of my listing a little blurry because I took it of my computer screen). Same with the second Versace outfit, which was in excellent condition . Did this happened to you? I am really considering legal action. because they are damaging my property seemingly on purpose
