It doesn't really matter if it's graded, PSA encased, whatever. They're everywhere in almost every venue that can be faked & fakes cannot be sold on eBay. Happy Holidays

Most likely because there are so many counterfeits out there. It doesn't really matter if it's graded, PSA encased, whatever. They're everywhere in almost every venue that can be faked & fakes cannot be sold on eBay.
