This is the second Post of yours that I see regarding selling from outside the United States so let me share here what I did on the other Post you created:
I see you are located in India and just created your account in February this year, have sold 1 item and appear to be trying to sell high value jewelry, some items for thousands of dollars. This is extremely risky for new Sellers and I suggest you start with lower priced items. so you can build up experience. You appear to be offering eBay Speedpak Express which means YOU have to add the insurance coverage for International shipments yourself. Your listings look nice but I suspect you are not actually the manufacturer of the diamond products you offer and I suspect you might be trying to dropship most of your jewelry products. If you are trying to drop ship I suggest not doing that or considering it until you have built up some experience in Selling on eBay, either locally there in India or internationally.
While we wish you nothing but success your current approach and offerings come with a high risk.

I thought the same thing. But, if you look at this sellers listings, over 400 are eligible for the authenticity guarantee with shipping from India. Strange or outdated policy.
