Auction with video drops video when moving item into store
Recently tried a bunch of listings using the video feature. Items ran on a 7 day auction then whatever did not sell I put into our store. Not one item retained the video that it had while on auction and now I am getting tons of emails that there is no video to watch. Is this normal for an item to retain everything except the video when sending to the store after a run on auction? If I have to go back and add the video again on listings that don't sell on auction then I am done with video. Any insight would be most welcome.

·3 years ago@19fatboy66 I just tried doing the reverse of that, since I don't have any auctions running. I ended a fixed price listing (with Video) and , on a PC, used "relist" to relist it as an auction, changing only the FP to 7 day auction and removing Immediate payment. The video showed up with no problem.

·3 years ago@19fatboy66 I now ended the auction I had listed today and used "relist" to relist it as a fixed price listing. The video showed up without any problem.
Now, one difference could be that your auctions (I presume) actually timed out, you didn't end them. Also, I relisted mine as soon as I ended them....I don't know how long you waited to relist yours.
If you provide some details about your process it might help.

·3 years ago@19fatboy66 I haven't tried doing that, but I have Fixed Price (GTC) listings with video, and as they turn over every 30 days, the video is retained.
Can you explain your process? I assume an auction ends, and you are changing it to FP and relisting it. But how exactly?
