AUCTION OF VEHICLE HOW LONG DO I WAIT FOR WINNING BIDDER

I AUCTIONED A VEHICLE NO RESERVE IT GOT 1 BID THE INSERTION PRICE. THATS ALL GOOD THE WINNING BIDDER WHEN I TRIED TO CONTACT HIM THERE IS NO INFO , NO NUMBER, WHERE HE LIVES ETC. NOTHING SO I EMAILED HIM THROUGH EBAY AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK. HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT BEFORE I CAN SELL THE CAR ANOTHER WAY?? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRICIATED . THANKS BEST REGARDS

The car sold yesterday and it says in your listing, they have 7 days to pay.

Is it different because it's an automotive listing? I've never sold an auto here, but my orders all have the buyer's name, address and phone number on them. Hmmm... ðŸ¤”

You should be able to cancel the order (for non-payment) and relist if the buyer hasn't paid by 96 hours + 1 second.

There are various rules for selling automobiles, some depending on the listing format (Classified, Auction) the OP's listing says that the buyer has 7 days to arrange payment.

Perhaps more important is that the Auction only ended last night and the bid was placed on the 26th.

Doesn't really matter as auto sales are non-binding on either party.

Car sales on ebay are non binding.

IF you wish to wait another 2 days you can cancel for non payment.
