·2 years agoIf it's a "Barberry" purse, you won't get away with listing it as a replica, anyway, anymore than that "Bucci" scarf I saw at a thrift a while back.

Word games will not make it real.
The higher quality it is, the more likelihood it is an intellectual property violation and illegal.

·2 years agoNo. Counterfeits are against the law. You cannot sell it on eBay; you cannot sell it anywhere. You should not even donate it and risk putting it back into the resale market.
