As a seller on ebay, I think I might meet scammers...
Have you ever met buyers filed a return posting some odd picture? I'm 100% sure it's not taken by the buyer but from a screenshot of a video or something like that. It's so blurry and zoom in. They did not even test the machine but claiming that the unit is defective. I don't think they went for money. They did it to force ebay to remove your listing so they can sell it all by themselves. Report buyer never works.

That's personal information which is prohibited to post in this community. We don't need the IDs anyway.
Buyers are given 30 days to return an item. Not sure if your situation would be considered as someone scamming you if they claim the unit isn't working and want to return it. You say they filed a return so they must return it. Are you saying you tried fighting the case? You would lose the case if you fight it. They have a right to a return.
