As a Buyer I do not think Sellers should have their Ratings dropped for late USPS Shipping | Selling

I am mostly a Buyer but intend to sell a lot. As a Buyer my packages in Chicago say delivered and come a day or two later almost every time. I am friendly with my Postal Carrier...it's not him. I do not believe Sellers should lose their ratings over something they cannot control. Thanks!
