Are “back offices†open on weekends?
I’ve been waiting to hear from a “back office†for a couple of days with no luck so far. I hoping to hear from them today—but are they even operational on Saturday? I don’t want to spend the weekend getting frustrated checking my account constantly if there’s no one home. Thanks.

OP2 years agoThe office related to payment holds. I have a “performance review†in process with them.

·2 years agoIf your funds are being held because of seller performance issues, then the "payments team" is not the eBay department you are waiting on. They are just the ones that have gotten the memo to hold your funds (not literally - it is all automated).
That being said, the only department that is actually 24/7/365 is "Trust & Safety" - the ones that deal with hacked accounts, etc. The rest of the customer service team (besides the 1st line chat agents) usually work on "business days".
