Appeal for Account Reinstatement – I Truly Want to Return to Selling on eBay
Dear eBay Support,
I’m writing to respectfully ask for a second chance after my account was suspended due to a policy violation.
I now understand that I made a mistake, and I take full responsibility for it. I want to emphasize how much selling on eBay means to me. This platform gave me the opportunity to build something of my own, and I was truly passionate about it. Losing access to my account has been deeply upsetting and I genuinely want to make things right.
I’ve reviewed your policies carefully and I’m committed to following every rule moving forward. I’ve learned from this experience and I’m ready to come back as a more responsible and compliant seller.
Please give me the opportunity to continue selling on eBay. I’m willing to correct anything needed and provide any documents or actions required. This is truly important to me, and I would be incredibly grateful for your understanding and support.
Thank you for considering my request. I hope to be given the chance

·1 year agoYou are done on eBay, a permanent suspension means just that. Your feedback is absolutely horrendous.

·1 year agoUnfortunately, you never get a second chance to make a good first impression. You burned your bridge with Ebay.

·1 year agoI'll put in a good word for now that you have learned through studying the policies that you aren't supposed to fake label scam buyers.

·1 year agoEbay does not grant absolution for past sins.
You will need to find another place to sell.

·1 year agoLooks like it's been more then a year since you sold anything, so it must not be that important.
If it was a permanent suspension, you're done on Ebay forever.

You have to deal with Ebay directly. No one here can help you. GOOD LUCK!!
On each Ebay page there is a link to contact Customer Service at the top of the page and again at the bottom of the page.
I would suggest that you contact Ebay for Business on Facebook, Instagram or Twitter for the better trained CSRs.
Here are your options for contacting Ebay Customer Service. Please be aware that for social media CS, you send them a Private Message and briefly explain what your problem or issue is. Feel free to leave your Name, address, phone number and/or your email address in this message. It is private and secure and it may help to speed up the response for you.
https://twitter.com/askebay
https://www.facebook.com/ebay
https://www.instagram.com/ebayforsellers/
Your options will be on the left. If you use the link below you can only get to the Automated Assistant or Chat box type AGENT in the box and hit enter. You will then get more options. Not all options are available 24/7. It will depend on staffing available. So sometimes you can request a call back and sometimes you can't. Sometimes you have the Chat option available and other times it won't me. If it is important to you to use one of those options, just try back later.
If you use a cell phone or other mobile device, you may need to turn off your Spam filter so that Ebay can call you.
If you are a seller outside of the US or Canada, you will need to use the Chat Option.

·1 year agoUnfortunately, no one here in this forum has the authority to reinstate anyone because we are not eBay employees we are eBay members like you.
If the suspension is permanent you will not be reinstated. eBay has strict BBE policies and when they make a decision to suspend it is not reversible.
Sorry but, you may have to find somewhere else to sell your whatevers.

·1 year ago@shada_9586,
This is not eBay customer service. This is a forum for eBay members, to help each other with things related to eBay. Nobody here can do anything about your account suspension.
I can see that you have not received any feedback for more than a year. You received 8 feedbacks as a seller, of which half of them (4) were negative, most for items not received. With 72 items sold in total, that is not good.
This suggests that you were suspended permanently. I have never heard of this decision being reversed, for any reason. I'm sorry to give you bad news.
