Seems that anything that can cause any momentary delay now gets bumped aside causing multidays delay- ebay scanning or using old stamps seem to be at the top of the list, especially if someone mixes old stamps with a printed label. This is perception. But even my bills I pay by mail are showing up with a weeks delay, on what used to be a standard 3 day delivery for 1st class mail.

OP2 years agonot mentioned in this link but the other i read said the on time percentage in va region is 67% no other area is below 80
