Anyone in eBay besides support who can look at my situation ??
Hello, I will try to briefly summarize my issues. I joined ebay 5 years ago but started selling 3 months ago. I was hit with new sellers restrictions which put my account and payout from sales on hold for 30 days. I complained to eBay support about the restriction. They told me it was necessary to protect buyers from new sellers and that I should use my own funds to fulfill orders. As I am a student trying to start my eBay seller journey from a third world country, raising that amount of money on my own is very difficult. I honestly tried but I wasn’t successful. So I strategically decided that I would message people who bought the products already and inform them that I had been restricted and couldn’t receive their payment to ship until after 30 days. I also made sure to add this to my product description so that the buyers would see if. Some buyers were okay with it and said they’ll wait. Other buyers asked for a refund and one even opened a buyer request which for some reason I couldn’t close. After 30 days as eBay started releasing the funds to my account little by little, I was able to fulfill 2 orders out of over 30. I was excited that the restriction although inconvenient was able to still get me to send the products. Only for me to receive an email from eBay that I had been further restricted and permanently banned from selling due to bad buyer experience. I contacted customer support again and I was told that I refunded people without delivering and had a case open. I explained that I had asked eBay to help me out with a solution but I didn’t get any help, and now they are further restricting me even after restricting me. The painful thing is that I have other stores outside eBay where I can ship the same product in just 5-7 days of receiving the payment for the item. After thinking up a strategy and speaking to customers about the payment hold, ebay decides to extend the restrictions because I can’t deliver under their previous restrictions. My seller store is named Truthbooksonline. So it’s ironic as it would seem to others that I’m a liar. The same people who tolerated the delay started opening buyer requests and asking for refunds. It’s so unfair to me as a new seller and to my buyers. I put myself in my buyer shoes, why on earth would I want to wait over 100 days to receive an item, I would rather not even make that purchase. I have others who have money and who I have guided on eBay and are able to fulfil the orders with their own funds, but just because I don’t have the money, I am being forced to quit my eBay selling journey so early. I am devastated, I contacted support and they only told me they understood my complaints but that was it. The response was so pointless, it’s almost like nobody from eBay team cares to look at my case or there’s nobody who understands my situation. If there’s anyone who can in any way help me, I have asked that they revert back to the previous restriction to at least let me send the products to the buyers, even if they permanently restrict me from selling, but the support says they understand what I wrote but that’s all they say, there’s no way they want to help me. I don’t know what to do. Please HELP!!?

·1 year agoHere in the US, the shipping labels are paid with the funds paid by the buyers. I guess that is not the case where you are. Hard lesson to learn, but perhaps you can sell elsewhere.

·1 year agoIt is always very beneficial for every new seller to read and understand eBay's policies, procedures before one jumps head first into the selling pool. Sorry but it too late now.
GL in the future on another selling site.

So that ^^^ was not good strategy. You weren't restricted at that time... you fell under the policy for all new sellers to receive funds. Even new sellers can use Pending funds to pay for shipping, as you acknowledge near the end of that long paragraph.
There's no way to revert back to what wasn't a restriction at all. I don't see eBay reversing this restriction, either. Godspeed.

·1 year agoUnfortunately, eBay is not the place to make quick money, and starting any business you need to have some capital on hand and not be hanging on a shoestring like this - it's obvious that you want to do the right thing, but it's unfair to your buyers.
If you try selling elsewhere, make sure you have some spare capital so you can fulfill your orders.

·1 year agoI am sorry that your account was terminated but I can understand why. Even though EBAY holds your money customers do not want to wait 30 days for you to ship their item. Unfortunately, EBAY will not reverse their decision to terminate your account.
You need to find another place to sell your items...
