Anybody else missing the headers across the top of their Seller Hub?
Am I in the Twilight Zone or is this where I would normally see the line of headers across the top, for quick access to Orders, Listings, Payments, Marketing, etc? It's been like this since last night, hoped it would fix itself quickly but as of 5 pm today it's still missing. No I haven't tried any of the pain the butt 'stuff' because it's usually an eBay thing, not a my computer thing. So for now I'm just wondering if anyone else is seeing this. FWIW I'm on Firefox.

·1 year agoOne thing I miss is when I look at my All Orders page, being able to see which orders sold via Promoted Listings without having to click on each order and go into the details.

OP1 year agoYeah if ONLY that was just a glitch or a cookie thing. They did that sh on purpose, didn't want to make it so obvious when they roll out the new Halo version. When it comes, if the promotions designation were still shown on the Orders page, people would start realizing they had those green letters on every single order (with maybe the rare organic one out of every 20 or something -we'll see I guess). Anyway can you imagine the phonecalls???

Any difference if you hold down the shift key and refresh the page?
Or if you temporarily disable your add-ons?
Or if you use another browser or a private or incognito browser window?
Headers are appearing for me in Firefox on the Seller Hub pages.

Try deleting cookies and erasing your cache

OP1 year agoI talked about that in the post. But I will elaborate since it always seems to be the "solution" that someone immediately suggests. I don't remember how to do any of that, and it and whenever I did it, it just caused more problems rather than solve any. Might as well suggest I try microwaving.

Erasing all cookies is generally not necessary, but manually deleting just your eBay cookies can be helpful without requiring you to sign back in to every other site, just eBay.
In most browsers, if you click on the lock icon to the left of the page address while you are on ebay.com you should see some options to clear cookies and site data just on the current site.

OP1 year ago😮THAT WORKED INSTANTLY!!!!! I have never had such a simple, surgical, effective instruction EVER. It's always "go into this, then click on that, then clickclickclick your whole internet experience away" -and then it doesn't even work.

How did I not know the trick with the lock icon? Tech support was my primary occupation for most of my life (though admittedly it’s been a while) and I never learned that. Thank you!

OP1 year agoHe knows all the tricks, I swear. And he appears out of nowhere like a ninja to help, seen it so many times.

·1 year agoLol, the only issues would be needing to relog into your "saved" accounts

OP1 year agoWhat do you mean? Like saved sellers, watched items, or what?

OP1 year agoThank you. But just to verify, that space I have circled is where those are supposed to be, right?
The goofy way my brain works, whenever there's something different about a web page layout, I can't always describe what's wrong, I just know it's wrong.
