Good Morning! I came across this great 'bread' knife but can't figure out the symbols on it. Would anyone have information as to the Manufacture or what the symbols are???

·1 year agoAll I can tell you is that a 'zen' knife is one made in layers with a hardened carbon steel core - it's specifically sharper and more precise.
