Any experienced sellers out there understand the adult/authentication required listings algorithm? | Selling

I have recently listed some items. One of these items appears to have been grayed out by eBay A.I. requiring adult authentication. The title, images and listing are all hidden pending authentication. There is no visible nudity of any kind in the image (delicate parts are strategically covered via compositional elements). Even by Victorian Standards this image is not remotely pornographic. There is no vulgarity or profanity in the title/keyword assembly. Can any experienced seller out there provide some form of insight as to what flagged my listing to require adult authentication to actually be seen by web surfers? I am thinking that A (artificial) I (ignorance) is misinterpreting my listing Title (which is a literary classic) and somehow surmising a seedy intent? Don't have a clue. Appreciate in advance any insights.
