Any clue to as why I have to wait until buyers receive delivery in order to get access to my funds again?
Summary: mrblayze expressed frustration over a sudden change in eBay's payment process, where funds are held until after delivery despite previously receiving them within 48 hours. They are concerned about the impact on their motivation to sell, given their focus on customer care and service. theteamsetguy asked if there was an increase in sales volume, while ub_337 suggested checking eBay messages for a reason and release date for the fund hold. christworks speculated whether any unusual items or buyer complaints might have triggered the hold and provided guidance on where to find more information about the situation.
I'm a frequent seller, not too old on eBay, but still worked and performed well enough to finally begin receiving funds within 48 hours of an item being paid for.
Now all of a sudden, all items have been showing "on hold until after delivery." Even though at the top of my eBay it says "congrats! You're receiving payments within 48 hours" or whatever it says.
Nothing has changed performance wise, as that's the first thing I checked.
This is very frustrating to have this randomly happen, as it unfortunately makes me want to stop selling on eBay all together. Not because I have to wait for funds, but just because I work at something and strive for excellent customer care and service, etc. and out of nowhere get limited again.
I wish their was someone on eBay who could fix this for me and take care of it on my end, but I just don't understand is why I'm frustrated.
Thank you for any and all advice.

·1 month ago · Edited@mrblayze My first thought was you sold something crazy whack out of character for you. I looked at your 90-day sales history. Assuming what came up is correct, the highest dollar item you've sold was $40 and I didn't see any new hot items that may have fallen off the back of a truck.
You are definitely not a new or infrequent seller.
Have any buyers made any INAD claims on anything. I'm especially looking at the stamps, but anything at all that you've sold in the past 90 days?
You can read about holds here.
