I had a card set listed for sale, one of hundreds I've listed. It was taken down last week and was told it was 'counterfeit'. It was the only hobby box I've bought. I listed it as soon as I opened it. In fact, I still kept the box the cards came in.
I figured it was a simple mistake, they'd relist it in the appeal. Well, I now know they were never going to let me keep the listing up and appeals are pretty much 100% denied. I called and talked to someone, 30+ minutes only to be told "yeah, it's not going back up. They determined it was counterfeit."
They are 10000% in the wrong. Whoever is looking at sports cards or trading cards have no idea what they are doing. Even with a receipt, I would have lost the appeal.
It's sad what they do to good sellers.
