@dentonmarket I agree with @pickapaper but if it's something only an eBay CS Agent can do, try writing AGENT in the chat. I believe that only works during their business hours, which should be open now.
If that doesn't work... I can suggest another way. Come back if that's the case.
You will probably get better support and answers if you ask your question here than try to talk to a CS agent. There are lots of experienced and knowledgeable people here who can help with most problems.

Depending on the issue, asking can sometimes make eBay support unnecessary.
