·1 year agoCan you give more details please? Your post is way too vague. Dates, how you shipped, how you indicated to eBay that you shipped, when you noticed the cancelation thing, where in the "system" did it say that, etc.
Check your Cancellations .
If you did accidentally cancel the order you can try to intercept the package.
Orders don’t get canceled on their own.
