Add a filter by shipping price for bulk edits
Since the USPS is increasing fees every 6 months, how about adding a filter that would allow you to change a certain shipping amount for example $6.99 to $7.99. You can't do that right now and it's a pain trying to change it the way the filters currently work.

You are actually manually setting the shipping cost for each listing?
You need to switch to shipping policies immediately, and they honestly need to be calculated ones. Your median listed price on your items is far too low to be using fixed cost shipping now that there is such a huge cost difference between rural and city USPS zip codes.

There is no way of knowing what the rate increases will be in advance to set up a program to do the exact same thing all the time. Different methods carry different rates and increases. Occasionally a decrease like we had earlier this month with Media Mail when it went down by 8 cents.
But what you ask you can easily do by using the Bulk Editor. You can sort up your listings by the amount you are charging for shipping and then change all the listings with 6.99 as shipping to 7.99 shipping in one action. If you haven't used the Bulk Editor before, just ask. It is a very handy tool.
