Accounts mixed up
Tried to log on today, but different user name popped up for an account set up TODAY.
My personal data OK, but can’t view my account detail and I have sales ending tonight!

How did you log in? Do you normally type your user ID into the ID box, or do you use your email address? or maybe you log in through google or facebook?
What you describe means that you accidentally created a new eBay account when you logged in today. This usually happens when you use one of the alternate login methods, like google or some other linked internet account.
You can get to your selling account by logging out, then log in again but this time type your exact user ID, or the email address that you use for your selling account into the ID box on the log in page.

·2 years agoPost is confusing. Are you saying your selling ID is NOT coming up when you try to logon? What is the account name you are trying to logon to? If you can't logon to that account how do you know your personal data is OK??
This account that you are currently posting with was just created today and has nothing listed for sale. Bit confused.

Or it's a seller that has more than one account of which this could be one that they setup to post on this forum with.
