Account suspension
Hello everyone. I have a question. My account was suspended without any proper explanation but I have ordered an item before suspension and still didnt receive it. Label was created on January 5, but still wasnt shipped. As far as my account was ridiculously suspended I cannot contact my Seller. I have contacted ebay support several times and there is no proper assist from the just saying - your account was suspened and we cannot help you. So how can I contact the seller or appeal my suspension? [Removed by Moderator]

There are only a few reasons why I can think a buyer's account would be suspended. None of them are good. Either you had other eBay accounts that were suspended, the payment method you used was reported stolen, or you grossly violated some other eBay policy that risks safety.
What is the rest of the story here? eBay didn't just pull your user name out of a hat and say, "Hey, for fun, let's suspended Bob's account!"

Have you tried to contact ebay thru social media?
Facebook, use the message tool.

·9 months agoThere should be in your account messages a MC999 notice, which in one simple sentence details a simple reason for your suspension. Most often suspensions don't happen without pre-cursor unless it's an egregious violation of policy, as things stand I can not imagine how a buyer's account would be suspended without warning as buyers generally get a lot more leeway in these regards.
I'm just struggling here, ebay DOES give the reason in their notice in your messages. Your account may be suspended but you should still be able to access messages.

OP9 months agoI got message but no real explanation there. My debit card is on my name and that payment method was approved before buying an item so what did I wrong still is a mistery.
