Account suspended, reinstated... now auctions say relisted but not actually relisted
Made the mistake of changing my user name today and that triggered an account suspension. After ID verification CS was able to get the account restored.
I was told my auctions would get restored with the bids I had received on them and it would likely take an hour or two. However, the CS agent wasn't very sure it would happen.
My BIN items I was able to successfully relist right away. Now all my auction listings show "relisted", but do not give an option to relist, however when I click the listing I end up on the "ended" previous listing from the account being suspended.
Will those auction listings ever be restored? Overnight refresh cycle maybe? If it was a handful I would just relist manually, but we're talking almost 50 listings, some had bids on them in the $100s that I may never see again. Very frustrating incident for simply making a profile setting change, which is allowed to be changed every 30 days anyway.

Hi Ozzie
This is what I think you should do because this whole post is rather confusing to me and sounds like one big glitch.
Get in touch and reach out on social media via Facebook:
https://www.facebook.com/ebayForBusiness/
These are US CS agents who are actually employed by eBay and may better serve you and your situation. The ones who you spoke with are outsourced overseas CS agents who are basically clueless about how eBay operates. They read from scripts and seldom give good advice or help. The Facebook agents are trained and usually very helpful. Many positive posts on this forum with their ability to help and solve problems.
Wishing you a positive outcome and hope you'll get back to selling soon!
Good luck!

·2 years agoThe auctions are gone and will never be restored with bids or without, you can relist them.

OP2 years agoI wish I could. Status says relisted, they're not active and when I try to relist them it says it's already listed. Only option is to "Sell similar". What worries me if I do that the system will start flagging the account again.
Beyond aggravating that the auctions weren't restored with their bids.

·2 years agoWell you can change over all those auctions to BIN for the time being and then change over to auction. Try one and she if it works first. It might just reset everything. If not just have them at BIN at a price you want.
I always kept 2 or 3 accounts on ebay. (Different names) That way if one got messed up I can transfer auctions over to another one. Yeah it is work transferring but I did not mind. It was my full time job.
Hey, good luck.
