Account suspended

Hello,

My account has been suspended due to shipping performance policy' Item not received' which is not even effective yet. As per eBay communications this policy will take effect from 24th July. Does anyone else experienced this issue as well?

Experience members please help what to do?

Look in MY Ebay for any emails from Ebay. What do they say? Are you claiming that you ship from the USA in any listings while you live in Pakistan? It could be what the other poster stated. ARe your items FDA approved?

Also you contradict what you say in your description and that you are not liable for:
