Account restriction and holding funds for 170days
Need some assistance as ebay decided to restrict my account and I can no longer buy/sell on ebay. With no appeal no reason given, I decided to give up on appeal but when I ask for my funds, they told me it will be release 170days after suspension. Does it mean I still need to stay on the platform until I get paid. Did anyone encounter this similar issue and how can I get the funds to be release earlier?

·1 year agoThe reason for restriction would have been sent to your eBay mail inbox or check the email address associated with the account for a message from ebay. If ebay is saying the funds will be released after 170 days, then I would'nt expect them to release the funds to you any sooner. Obviously, there was some issue for the restriction & for freezing the available funds.

·1 year agoI see you are in Singapore. If eBay is going to pay you in 170 days, I would keep the account open and the avenue to the banking institution in which your Payments are received.
Just make sure to be able to access and respond to any communications eBay may send to you in the meantime.
